• Script fonts: when we stitch them, every letter flows together perfectly. The online preview can't always connect the letters, but your finished piece will.
• Block fonts: letters are stitched evenly spaced. Any uneven gaps you see here are just the preview.
• Colors: every screen shows color a little differently, so threads may look slightly different in person. Stop by the shop if you'd like to see the real thread.
• Size: the size on screen isn't the stitched size. We size every design to fit your item.
• Long names and special characters: some fonts work best with shorter names, and not every font has accents, numbers or symbols. If anything needs adjusting, we'll reach out before we stitch.
• Ready to order? Write down your font and thread number (for example, Kind Heart in #20) and add them to your order, or show us this page in the shop.
