What is your return policy?
Personalized Items:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on personalized items. We work hard to ensure that each personalized product meets your specifications, and unfortunately, this means that we cannot offer refunds/exchanges for these items.
Non-Personalized Items:
For non-personalized items, we offer exchanges within 2 weeks of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when purchased. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we are happy to provide store credit for eligible non-personalized items returned within the specified time frame. How & where do you ship?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. All items have a flat rate shipping cost of $10 or free shipping over $150. At this time, we can only offer domestic shipping within the United States.
What happens if my package gets lost?
We ship primarily with USPS and sometimes things get lost. We will do our best to help you locate your package as soon as possible! If the package was shipped to an incorrect address by our fault & is lost, we will replace the items for you. If the address was incorrect during your input, you will have to replace the items.
Do you offer curbside pickup or delivery?
Yes! When placing an order, please select the local pickup option if you would like to pick up your order from our Miami location.
What is your turn-around time on personalized items?
Our typical turn-around time for personalized items is 2-4 days. Sometimes during busy season (winter months), our turn-around time can be effected. If you need your items sooner, we do offer a rush-fee of $15 per item for next day personalization.
What if an item I want is sold out?
If you are interested in something that is not available on the website, please contact us so we can order it for you!
What happens if the personalization is not as expected?
We strive to always deliver a product that the customer is 100% satisfied with. Sometimes mistakes happen! If the mistake falls in the hands of SBT Stitches (if WE spelled a name incorrectly, used the wrong color, etc), we will always replace the item free of charge. If the mistake falls in the hands of the customer (if YOU spell the name incorrectly, etc), unfortunately, we cannot replace the item free of charge.
Do you accept outside items for personalization?
Yes, we do! If the item can be personalized, we are happy to personalize it for you! In most cases, we like to see the product before accepting the order to ensure that we can personalize it. Additionally, sometimes the machine can make a mistake and the product may be ruined. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss options.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is included in all products that are purchased from SBT Stitches at no extra charge. If you bring an outside item for personalization, we offer gift wrapping for purchase. Gift wrapping is $10.
What are your store hours?
The shop is open Monday – Thursday from 10-6pm and Fridays 10-4pm. We are only open on Saturdays from October – February from 10-4. March – September we are closed on Saturdays.

What happens if I receive a gift & don't know who sent it?
If you received a gift by mail and you don’t know who the sender is, please contact us! We keep a very detailed record of everything & would love to help you figure it out!
